Netlight Runner had insights.
Wishes from the past - as well as blessings - matured and he was able to accept the first principle of Kalachakra-related Sila (morality) - to respect time of his own, as well as of others.
He did find the Kalachakra symbol & made a wish to visualize it for the benefit of all beings.
His Mind then wandered to the Miracle Stupa he was serving under, as well as to his Teachers.
He made a wish in his Mind to guard & strenghten the Mind Bastion of Caty's Court, using the Kalachakra power - as soon as he's ready.
In case of Buddhism wish to help in Hells, it's better to act from a position of strength - as an important person in Hell's hierarchy - than just reincarnating as tormented by psychological-neuroses microorganism.
Runner decided to make steps for guests to be accepted in Caty's Court in a future.
But what arguments to use? What to offer her for that?
The Mist Form.
Since a while, Caty asked Runner about his Matter-Energy Form codenamed 'Matrix', as well as about his interrests in Nanotechnology.
She was mostly interrested in nanites carrying & releasing chemical substances - so her mists might be released at virtually any point.
Hid answer was: 'Perhaps, but only if Buddha allows. And there's still many years of work to go through ... we do not want to create yet another weapon of mass destruction'.
He agreed however to include a software component in his work that would suit her needs, but whether he would share it with her - was another matter. But he initially agreed to let her participate in simulations, to play with the compiled code.
Mists are important part of Mind Bastion defense system afterall.
